Precision Clearance Control — The Key to Slitting Quality
Slitter spacers control the horizontal clearance between knives — a critical factor determining slitting consistency, edge quality, burr formation, and whether tolerance meets shipping standards.
Manufactured from carbon steel and alloy steel, heat-treated to improve durability, with corrosion-resistant black oxide coating available. Ground surfaces achieve a thickness tolerance of ±0.001mm, with max outer diameter up to 400mm.
